Marketing Coordinator

Reports To: Marketing Manager
Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably within the Business to Business arena, Software or SaaS environment
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or comparable discipline

We are currently looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to assist the marketing team in daily marketing activities.  As a core member of the Marketing team, experience in marketing, event management, lead generation, process automation tools, social media, data acquisition, and data management as well as strong communication, organizational, and creative skills will all play a pivotal part in this exciting support role. You will have the opportunity to apply and grow your personal skill set.

Duties Include:

  • Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with daily marketing activities.
  • Running lead generation campaigns, including list pulls, list cleanup, and lead data research and enrichment.
  • Writing, editing, and layout (using collateral templates and stock art) of marketing materials and literature as well as a variety of marketing communications.
  • Event management of webinars, seminars, and conferences.
  • Writing and posting marketing materials and copy to website, internet groups and social media sites.
  • Updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation and databases.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or comparable discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably within the Business to Business arena, Software or SaaS environment
  • Fundamental knowledge of email marketing, website, social, direct and other marketing disciplines
    • Experience writing compelling marketing copy
    • Strong copywriting skills – ability to rework technical text for a broader business audience.
    • Strong administration and organizational skills

Product Marketing Manager

Reports To: Vice President of Contract Strategy
Years of Experience: 5+ years of software product marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a field facing role

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the outbound marketing activities for the Seal solution. In addition to driving the messaging and positioning, you will conceive and develop innovative marketing programs and collateral that drive demand.  Strong writing skills, attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate business and technical capabilities into client benefits are crucial.  In your role as a Product Marketing Manager you will work closely with Seal’s existing client base and Seal Professional Services to understand and document client use cases and the tangible and intangible benefits gained by using Seal’s technology.  You will leverage that knowledge to drive Sales enablement as well as work closely with Seal Product Management to guide future product direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Seal’s technology in the market
  • Focus on Seal’s install base, developing and refining Client Use Cases and Playbooks that continually shape our Go-To-Market strategy and messaging, capturing key client metrics to support the value gained with Seal
  • Sales enablement – communicate Seal’s value proposition to the sales team and develop the sales assets needed to support the selling process
  • Content Generation – responsible for the creation-through-publication of Marketing collateral to support the Go-to-Market strategy (whitepapers, data sheets, blogs, etc.)
  • Product launch – Work with Product Management to plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Market intelligence – be the expert on our clients and buyers alike, how today’s users benefit from Seal’s solution and leverage that to identify the target buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them

Requirements

Senior Developer

Contract Discovery Software
Location: San Francisco and Remote
Reports To: Technical Support Manager and Head of Development
Years of Experience: 3-5 years minimum working with SFDC and 8 to 10 years working as a Developer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Code within an SFC environment, with experience within APEX / SFDC coding and JAVA.
  • The role includes supporting and coding new functions within SFDC, also working with core developers within Seal to ensure data flow.
  • Experience and use of REST web services is also required.
  • The role will be split between coding and customer support, and where required coding fixes for customer issues.

North America Regional Sales Director

Reports To: Senior Vice President, Sales

The purpose of this position is to build and lead the development of a growing customer base and Solution Partner Channel in various regions across North America to attain sales objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of customers via lead follow-ups, social networking, prospecting, partner involvement and all other means of developing business.
  • Meet the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for contract sales, and pipeline.
  • Maintain hi-touch sales force automation system for managing to pipeline and key performance indicators.
  • Set up appointments with prospective clients to discover needs, pain points and powerbrokers to direct sales activity towards a proposal to cut to the chase and solve those needs.
  • Negotiate with the customer to secure the sale.
  • Quote prices accurately, while completely ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer contact lists and organize appointments and proposals.
  • Follow up with the customer on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Be proactive by contacting multiple new prospects at least 30% of your time on a daily basis.

Requirements:

Business to Business Direct Sales Experience:

  • Qualifying, Close Planning, Proven B2B Sales Methods
  • Middle to Large Enterprise Sales Track Record
  • Ideally 5+ Years Professional Sales Experience

Solution Selling Experience:

  • Application Software Sales (ideally ECM, Legal, ERP/CRM, or vertical applied applications)
  • Line-of-Business Prospecting, Account Development, Account Leadership
  • Small and Big Ticket Software and Services Sales Experience ($25K-$500K Range), typically with beachhead selling that radiates across the enterprise.
  • ROI Based Sales Experience (ideally to Office of General Counsel, Head of Procurement, Office of the CFO or Head of Sales).

Partner Management Experience:

  • Referenceable track record of partner go-to-market experience with VAR’s, SI’s, or strategic partners.

Contract Discovery and Analytics Solution Architect

The Seal Solution Architect owns the technical deployment and configuration of ongoing delivery of Seal projects working on high profile client engagements.  Working with the Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for project delivery, including custom solutions design and implementation.  Java scripting skills and experience with regular expressions language or linguistic analysis is also desirable. Knowledge of the GATE architecture and processing is also of significant value.

The role requires experience in high level design of solutions across enterprise scale programs. You may be required to lead teams of consultants and developers and must have demonstrable experience of customer engagement, pre-sales and stakeholder management.

Sales Development Representative (2 Positions)

Job Description:

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Regional Sales Directors. Very heavy cold calling is required and can entail up to 70% of the role. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.

The Sales Development Representative is Expected to:

  • Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the Seal Software solution and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
  • Make a number of outbound calls per day – cold calling experience a plus.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects’ pain points to determine how the Seal Software solution will speak to those needs.
  • Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Work with the Regional Sales Directors and VP of Worldwide Sales to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in Salesforce, ensuring all communication is logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
  • Strong experience in the enterprise software market
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships.
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Experience:
