The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Regional Sales Directors. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!

Job responsibilities include:

  • Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the Seal Software solution and identify appropriate buyers within the target market. Heavy cold calling experience a plus
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how the Seal Software solution will speak to those needs.
  • Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

Qualifications:

Customer Service Support & Quality Engineer

This is an integrated role which combines the following:

  • As a key interface between North American customers and Seal R&D, deliver outstanding 1st and 2nd level customer support for Seal Contract Discovery and Analytics (ScD & ScA) solutions in accordance with Seal’s SLAs.  He/she will need to develop and maintain key working relationships with the North American customer user community by providing excellent customer service
  • Monitor the quality control of Seal’s applications for his/her customers. This includes:
    •  Making proposals/suggestions to Seal R&D to continuously improve the customer user experience and quality of the ScD & ScA solutions
    • Participating as a software quality manager by providing beta release user testing and feedback for ScD & ScA releases

Responsibilities:

  • General Helpdesk Support – Support the North American user community in their ScD & ScA user requirements, while meeting agreed Seal services levels commitments
  • Specific customer Issue resolution – support the North American user community in timely resolution of any issue which may arise. Timely resolution could come in the form of:
    • Basic system changes, e.g. configuration changes
    • Providing/ suggesting workarounds for serious or critical issues while under investigation by Seal R&D
    • Being the main customer interface to Seal R&D to resolve customer bug issues and manage communication with the customer
    • Become a “Superuser” of ScD & ScA functionality with the ability to advise customers when/where necessary to use ScD & ScA solutions most effectively
    • Become familiar and experienced with the ScD & ScA installation processes
    • Build and manage support knowledge base for common issues

Technical Skills & Experience

The Seal Contract Discovery Solution Architect & Project Manager supports the Sales team through Statement of Work definition and provides guidance and leadership for the Professional Services team and partners in customer engagement delivery. Responsible successful project delivery, the roles requires proven experience and knowledge of CLM solution deployment, hand on Project Management, contract / document migration projects and Windows server / networks environments.  From time to time the role will be required to support pre-sales demonstrations.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Understand customer needs and be able to create scoping and SOW documents

The purpose of this position is to build and lead the development of a growing customer base and Solution Partner Channel in various regions across North America to attain sales objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of customers via lead follow-ups, social networking, prospecting, partner involvement and all other means of developing business.
  • Meet the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for contract sales, and pipeline.

The Channel Manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners. Assigned to channel partners based on geography, channel, or market, the Channel Manager is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.

The Channel Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners. The Channel Manager reports to the Vice President of Channel Sales.

Seal are a small company, currently expanding, with a small vibrant 30-member team of technology, marketing and sales experts. Together we are changing the world of Contract Management and are pioneering a whole new world of Contract Discovery technology.
Seal’s Contract Management solutions include our Contract Lifecycle Management solution, based on Microsoft SharePoint, and our unique and market leading Contract Discovery solution, which is Java based. Our Contract Discovery solution is based on an NLP engine with machine learning capabilities.
